“Dinner”
When I went it was late afternoon and there were plenty of tables available. The chowder bowl was AWESOME. I went back the next day around 5:30 to get their chowder base to take home and freeze. It was packed.

The Chowder Bowl in the heart of historic Nye Beach is a delicious stop, whether for a meal or snacks and a sip. Service is fast and friendly...even when they're busy.

My husband and I had a great dinner at Chowder Bowl. The chowder tasted so good as a starter. I had Dill Crusted Sockeye Salmon and my husband had the fish and chips. They were sooooo good.

“Quaint little spot on Nye Beach”
No Beach view, but the shrimp and chips were amazing and the burgers don't disappoint. The fries are an especially delicious side dish - potatoes sliced in circles and fried to golden goodness.

When you’re on the coast you want to eat some good fresh seafood and this place was just that. Would definitely go back again when were in the Newport area.

Since our inception in 1980, the surrounding area has become a quaint village (full of food and retail outlets), doing an excellent job preserving the architecture and history of the 1920's and 30's.
